Join us for an educational Sipping Series led by our Director of Hospitality & Certified Sommelier, George Conley. This session will focus on the analysis of wine as it relates to aroma, structure, and sensory perception.
Using our estate-grown wines as benchmarks, George will lead a formal tasting and discussion exploring where aromas come from, how tasting notes are identified, and how professionals assess wine beyond preference. The evening will include a comparative tasting of two white wines and two red wines, used to illustrate key concepts such as acidity, texture, and the influence of stainless steel versus oak aging.
We recommend arriving at 5:30pm to enjoy light cheese and charcuterie. Wine Tasing & session begin promptly at 6pm.
