10-20 Guests

Perched above the winery, this intimate loft offers a bird’s-eye view of the entire Tasting Room, creating a unique and inspiring setting for smaller meetings and gatherings. Ideal for team strategy sessions, client presentations, or executive retreats, the Loft includes a roll-down projector screen for a seamless work component.

OASIS GREENHOUSE

21-150 Guests

We’ve transformed one of our greenhouses into a year-round tropical setting, accommodating 21–150 guests surrounded by lush greenery and citrus trees. Ideal for a structured meeting or presentation (A/V available), the space transitions seamlessly into a relaxed reception - perfect for client appreciation events, team gatherings, or company celebrations in a setting that feels both elevated and unexpected.

CRUSH PAD

50-100 Guests

Our covered Crush Pad offers a spacious, open-air setting for groups of 50–100 guests, featuring warm wood accents and views of the surrounding outdoor property. Designed for wine production during our harvest season, the space provides a natural backdrop for corporate gatherings that feel both polished and relaxed. It’s well-suited for team outings, networking events, or company celebrations, with ample room to incorporate a brief welcome or presentation before transitioning into a more social, free-flowing experience.

P R I C I N G

$40/Guest includes a dedicated space to enjoy our wines for up to 4 hours, service by our friendly and professional staff, set up including tables and chairs and a souvenir etched wine glass for all guests.

A minimum purchase of 1/2 bottle per person is required for all private events.

Please note, a 15% automatic gratuity is applied on the final bill.

C A T E R I N G & F O O D

Planning your event is seamless with our network of five trusted catering partners, each familiar with our property, layout, and service flow. Choose from a range of menus and service styles to suit your event, without the need to vet outside vendors or coordinate complex logistics. Our catering partners work closely with our team to ensure smooth execution, allowing you to focus on your guests while we handle the details behind the scenes.

Please contact these vendors directly for food pricing and options.  If you would like to do something small, you are welcome to bring your own food, but it must be prepared ahead of time (no heating equipment is permitted). Guests are responsible for food set up and clean up.

NO outside alcohol is permitted on our property at any time.

LOCALLY SOURCED CHARCUTERIE

GUIDED SEASONAL TASTING

Treat your guests to a guided wine tasting experience, thoughtfully designed for corporate groups.

For an additional $20 per guest, guests will enjoy a curated tasting of five seasonally selected wines (~1oz pours each) from our estate-grown lineup, led by our knowledgeable team. This interactive add-on offers a natural opportunity for team engagement, client entertainment, or a structured break within your event.

Elevate your event with a curated selection of locally sourced cheeses and artisanal salumi, thoughtfully arranged as a beautifully styled grazing display. Sourced from local partner dairies and producers, this add-on highlights the best of local craftsmanship in a way that feels both refined and approachable for corporate gatherings.

Available for an additional $20 per guest, this offering can be enjoyed on its own as a standalone culinary enhancement or paired with a guided wine tasting for a more immersive experience.

GUIDED VINEYARD TOUR

Add a memorable, behind-the-scenes element with a guided walk through our working vineyard, led by a member of our team. This 20–30 minute experience offers guests a closer look at our estate-grown vines and the winemaking process in an exclusive setting.

For a more elevated experience, the tour can include select wine pours enjoyed directly in the vineyard, creating a unique opportunity to connect the wines to the land where they are grown. This offering is highly flexible and can be tailored to your group’s goals, whether as a light educational break, a networking activity, or a more immersive wine-focused experience.

Explore our Outdoor Setting…

STONE PATIO

Enjoy exclusive access to our spacious outdoor property with our Private Estate Corporate Experience.

Offer your team or clients a truly exclusive experience with private access to our entire outdoor property. This full buyout includes the Stone Patio, Shaded Patios, and expansive Lawn, creating a seamless flow between spaces for both structured programming and relaxed socializing. Ideal for larger corporate gatherings, this option provides a one-of-a-kind setting surrounded by vineyard views and designed to feel elevated, private, and completely your own.

Events are available Monday-Friday and are held for up to four hours (between 12–8pm Monday–Thursday and 12–10pm on Fridays) and include full setup with tables, chairs, and linens, along with service from our professional staff. Guests 21+ will receive a custom etched wine glass as a keepsake.

This experience is offered at a flat rate of $5,000+ tax for up to 200 guests, with additional pricing for larger groups (please inquire directly if you’d like to book an event with 200+).

Please note that the Tasting Room and Crush Pad remain open to the public during operating hours, and select Fridays may have limited availability due to previously scheduled events. In the case of inclement weather, events will be accommodated within a combination of our indoor and covered spaces, including the Tasting Room, Oasis, and Crush Pad, based on availability.

The wine bottle minimum purchase requirement of ½ bottle per guest applies to our Private Estate Corporate Experience. For example, if you have 200 guests, the wine bottle minimum would be 100 bottles. We apply a 15% automatic gratuity on the final bill which includes both event fees and wine purchases.

If you’d like to have your own private security company on-site, let us know. You may bring in outside entertainment to perform on our outdoor bandshell. Reach out if you’d like a list of our recommended musicians!

For smaller events of 50-75 guests, our outdoor Stone Patio or Shaded Patio can be reserved on their own.

A corporate event at Beneduce Vineyards can extend well beyond the day itself through our Wine Club membership. Members enjoy exclusive discounts on all purchases, including wine, retail items and Private Events, making it an added benefit for both planners and attendees who continue to return to the property.

Our quarterly wine allocations feature a curated selection of estate-grown wines, offering a thoughtful and locally rooted way to stay connected to the vineyard. For corporate partners such as realtors, this also serves as a meaningful client touchpoint: an elevated welcome gift for new homeowners or a memorable way to thank valued clients with wine that reflects the place it was grown.
