POLICIES & IMPORTANT
INFORMATION

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-organized experience for everyone on our farm, we operate with clear property policies and visiting guidelines. These standards help our team manage large crowds, protect the vineyard, and host 500+ guests comfortably during peak events.

If you have questions while planning your visit or while on property, this page provides the most accurate information on how we operate.

  • No outside alcohol, drugs, or marijuana are permitted on our private property at any time.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests who do not comply with our rules.

  • Children must be supervised at all times. We are a working farm and winery, not an open recreation space.

  • Seating is managed by our hosting team and assigned based on reservations and booking order.

  • On Saturdays in peak season (May—October), the property closes at 4PM and reopens at 5PM to adults only (18+), with the exception of infants 2 and under. Guests without an evening reservation must depart at 4PM so we can reset for reserved live music.

  • On Sundays (April—October), reservations are required to attend the vineyard.

We encourage guests to review the sections below before visiting or contacting our team.

Important Property Policies:

  • Beneduce Vineyards is a working farm with active agricultural operations.

For safety and preservation of our vineyard, guests must remain within designated guest areas including:

    • The Lawn, Crush Pad, Stone Patio, Oasis Greenhouse, & Tasting Room

    • 5 Public vineyard rows on our Lawn (our Instagram block!)

    Guests are not permitted:

    • inside or around greenhouse growing areas

    • the vineyard at large - beyond the driveway

    • in production or agricultural zones without staff accompaniment

Chemicals are occasionally applied to greenhouses and vineyard areas. For your safety, please follow all signage and staff direction.

Our driveway speed limit is 10 MPH. Please follow all parking staff instructions and posted signage.

During periods of heavier volume, we ask that you stop and check in upon arrival when staff is present. They are here to help guide you in your visit upon arrival.

Children must remain under adult supervision at all times. During warmer months, guests are welcome to enjoy our cornhole boards and bocce courts. We ask that you take good care of our bocce courts, which are used for organized leagues and events. Children at play must be with an adult directly present.

  • Saturdays operate differently depending on the time of year and time of day.
We shift operations based on warmer weather and higher volume.

    Peak Season (May-October)

    12PM – 4PM: Open outdoor seating available first-come, first-served. All ages welcome

Guests without a reservation for Group Therapy must depart at 4PM. The reset period is essential to prepare the property for large-scale live music/second seating.

5PM - 9PM: “Group Therapy” Live Music requires a reservation. This remains Adults Only (18+) with the exception of infants 2 and under. The band plays from 6-9PM, allowing guests to settle in as they arrive after 5PM.

When our team is transitioning the first and second seatings, the outdoor property is closed. Only the Tasting Room is open until the transition is completed. Our team will begin seating as soon as possible for the second seating, no later than 5PM.
Group Therapy early arrival is not permitted as we reset the property between seatings.

On Saturdays (November-March) we operate with more flexibility/less volume, and are first come first served in all of our outdoor areas as weather permits. The Tasting Room extends tasting reservation hours, and is otherwise first come first serve, with priority for reservations.
When live music occurs indoors in the separate Oasis greenhouse, our Tasting Room remains open from 12-9pm and is open to all ages.
    *closed January.

  • Peak Season (April–October):

Reservations are required to visit the property. Guests may attend by booking a:

    • Sunday Picnic reservation: a family friendly outdoor event with live music from 2-5pm. Reservations are $10/guest. Walk-ins are welcome as space allows, though please note that walk-ins are also subject to the $10/guest reservation fee.

    • Wine Tastings are a separate indoor experience. Please reserve our Sunday Picnic if you wish to attend outdoor live music before or after your wine tasting.

During off-season months, Sundays are more flexible and walk-ins are often accepted depending on capacity. From November—March*, live music occurs inside the Tasting Room.
    *closed January

  • For live music events, all seating is pre-assigned by our Hosting team.

    Seating assignments are based on:

    • priority for time of booking

    • party size

    • availability of seating areas

    • guest preferences when possible

    Seating Preferences are not guaranteed.

The Crush Pad and Stone Patio have limited seating and are assigned to earliest bookings. The Lawn is our most expansive seating area and closest to the stage.

Please note: Tables that appear open are already assigned. Self-seating is not permitted during weekend live music events. Please see the host to check in.

Our Hosting team follows a floor plan established by Management to ensure fairness and appropriate accommodation across the property.

We prioritize our Tasting Room seating for guests with wine tasting reservations.

If you’re planning to join us for a glass or bottle during walk-in service hours, seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not available for non-tasting visits.

  • Wine tastings are structured, tableside guided experiences that take place in our Tasting Room.

Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. Peak Season tastings typically sell out. Wine Tasting reservations are available for groups of up to 12 and guarantee a 90-minute seating. You can choose from our pre-selected Seasonal Wine Tasting of five wines ($25/guest) or our Local Pairing of six wines paired with locally sourced cheese & charcuterie ($50/guest).

Wine tastings operate separately from live music seating and walk-up seating areas. During busy periods, tasting reservations receive priority for indoor seating.

Guided vineyard tours occur on weekends in May—October and are first come first serve. Please look for designated signage near the Tasting Room entrance. Tours are weather dependent.

An experienced tour guide will take you on a 20 minute walking tour of our vineyard. There is no additional cost and tours cannot be reserved in advance. Please note, our vineyard is only accessible with our tour guide.

  • Private Events‍ provide a dedicated space with expanded hosting capabilities, including enhanced décor, vendor coordination, dedicated service staff, additional tables, and more. These require a signed contract and deposit. ($40/person)

All other visits are considered General Reservations or walk-ins. These have limitations on setup scope and are offered at a lower price point ($10/person on weekends, or free depending on day and time — e.g., a Thursday afternoon). General reservations are designed for standard visits that blend in with our regularly hosted events, regardless of group size, and cannot be converted to private events upon arrival.

We warmly welcome large groups — however, some gatherings are better suited to a private event format. If you're looking for a dedicated space with designated staff, outside / hot food catering, early arrival, and expanded setup options, a Private Event is the right direction.

A private event may be worth considering if your group plans to:

    • Bring significant food, use of caterers, sternos/chafers

    • Decorate extensively

    • Use of third party vendors (must be preapproved)

    • Host a structured gathering w/ event coordination

    • Require additional tables

For more information, please read our Group Engagement and Reservations Policy.

  • Guests may bring prepared food only.

    The following are not permitted:

    • cooking equipment

    • warming devices

    • sternos

    • buffet / additional tables

    • outside furniture

    • large food displays beyond your assigned table space

Guests must use only the tables assigned to their reservation to space out any food brought in.

Non-alcoholic beverages are permitted or available for purchase inside the Tasting Room. We reserve the right to inspect coolers.

  • We love four-legged companions! Leashed and friendly dogs are welcome in our outdoor spaces. To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, dogs are not permitted inside our buildings — with the exception of ADA-recognized service animals.

A water station and doggie bag station are located outside.

  • We kindly ask that all professional photographers and outside vendors obtain advance approval from management before arriving on-site. Outside vendors are generally reserved for contracted Private Events and are not available during general reservations or public events. Outside entertainers are not permitted at any time. Any unauthorized commercial activity or professional photography sessions conducted without prior management approval are not permitted.
